Pros

The Cable, phone and internet discounts are nice. You can get $250 worth of services for $50. You also learn about things you did know you had access to.

Cons

At least in the customer service area, it was very unorganized and the line of communication was only open occasionally. We were often informed about changes the day they went to effect or after the fact.

Pros

Free Internet and Cable features as well as a discount on the telephone service. Base pay plus commission after 3 months.

Cons

Call center environment. You have to wait 3 months before you were able to get commission. Regardless of the reason when a customer called you had to assist them.
