      -Inexpensive Comcast Service. (if you live in a Comcast area) -Good Health Benefits. -Alot of Support and Motivation from your fellow Comcaster's, Supervisor's and your Manager. -Adaquate Training. -Good number of sick days, Personal and Vacation days. -Good Pay. -Free Comcast Merchandise to use for work. -You only knock on doors for half of your shift. -They invest alot of money in you. -Supervisors will help you get your sale and will back you up.

      Cons

      -Must work in the rich areas as well as the bad areas. -Quota is difficult to reach. -Your supervisor can track where you go, how long you've been out and how many doors you've knocked on. -Strict about when and how long you go door to door.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good for this large a company REAL senior Management is very clueful about strategic positioning The company is trying hard to remain relevant in a content-driven world.

      Cons

      Mid-management is full of standard insecurities that will prevent them from becoming upper management. Perhaps predictably the mid-management focus is on very narrow slices of the business. JOB support rather than CAREER support.
