Pros

over time and benefits. the benefits are the same at other company of size. other than that this place sucks. I have got 13 cents in pay increase and I have been there 3 years and I am at expert level..I get turned down when I ask. . what a joke. if it wasn't for the fact that I am a home owner I would have left this company a long time a ago but my application is now out there to Verizon and others. . .they pay A LOT MORE I have come to find out.

Cons

the pay is far below industry standard by at least 4$ a hour and thats to start. I don't feel like I could raise a family while working for Comcast. I don't feel think Comcast cares about whether or not customer service reps or employees of a low level rank make it in life or not. Comcast does just enough to keep us there. Comcast has reconstructed and laid of employees in this economy. They don't care if I own a home or have kids to feed. Their profit margin is up yet they are reconstructing and laying longtime hard working employees off for their bottom line. Makes me sick. Customers won't get credit on a outage unless they call in even when comcast knows about it and that it affected that account number.

Pros

Great Benefits as a company

Cons

cutbacks are a downside. It's understood that you have to make them to keep a company afloat, but don't make them based purely on salaries alone. Base them on performance in the workplace.
