Pros

The job is interesting, and defintiely challenging at times. Co-workers are amazing, and many with great personalities. Free cable and internet matters a lot too.

Cons

Too many managers and not enough workers. Work often gets pushed down from one group to another until it finally lays in your lap. Not to mention e-mail chains of work that could be ordered with a simple call directly, but instead gets stuck in someone's mail box for 3 hours and then sent to you 30 minutes before end of day. Often times there are incompetent workers from a different groups that you need data from which halts any work getting completed any further until it's delivered.

Pros

The environment encourages employee growth. A nice benefits package, and many departments are quite flexible when it comes to balancing work/life committments.

Cons

With such a large organization, it can be quite difficult to keep policies and procedures uniform.
