Despite personal feelings, good company
Pros
Great health benefits as of day 1- medical, dental, vision, etc. Lots of great opportunities for you to learn on own to transition into different sectors, or increase your knowledge in your current area of employment. If you do well you can earn points to buy things. I outfitted my entire house with Google, and spent way too much on Amazon (but it was Comcast points money- so it doesn't count right?).. You can find great mentors within the business
Cons
You can end up with a manager that doesn't facilitate growth well- they did end up firing a bunch of these while I was there. If you are a top producer in 4 out of 5 metrics, but fail in 1 metric for more than 3 consecutive months, you can still be fired. --The company will usually try to get you additional coaching to avoid this.
