Our team consists of both US an IND team members, so its very different from all other teams in our organization. with that we get the same treatment as the US team, be it flexible work-time, Vacation Leave and huge cultural difference in working with on and off-shore team, like office politics and other stuffs.

Cons

The pros are not a norm because all most all the teams are not US+IND members combined. And I heard teams that are completely in IND are as bad as any IT team in an indian company.
