There is a very aggressive return to office push by HR. There are not many conference rooms which makes in office collaboration difficult. The office culture is very cut throat, teams in similar functions are at odds and it makes completion of objectives difficult. There appear to be office politics between teams which create animosity. There are also very few perks and team building opportunities, few after hours networking events or team lunches are organized. Leadership seems more concerned with people being at their desks than any actual review of quality of work. There is also a lot of leadership bloat, bottlenecks in productivity are primarily from key stakeholder's that take much longer than they should to complete or review tasks and there is no accountability to their poor performance.
