Not a place to stay more than 2 years as New recruits will have huge pay difference compared to you. Especially during the pandemic time, New recruits earned 2x the existing one's

No cons. There is no cons for comcast. They provide good environment to start our career. But it is in our hand to make us to grow by using the available resources and platform. Should have good communication skill to understand things Otherwise , good company to start our career And best company if you have past experience.
