      Pros

      Great location, office, and benefits. Huge company so plenty of room to move around if you can network right.

      Cons

      Lower base salary and bonuses compared to other companies. Some departments can have you working 60-80 hrs/ per week and some 30-40.

      Solid leadership and direction by the Senior team. Clear direction provided on the overarching goals and objectives. Competitive benefit plans

      Cons

      Too many levels of management as a general comment. It appears to diminish the values of having a VP on the team when they report to a VP, or a SVP reports to another SVP.
