* I really enjoy the people that I work with and the workplace culture is positive * Managers give you a good amount of autonomy to make decisions on your own

Cons

* The compensation could be far more competitive relative to the market rate. * I have seen some really talented people come and go due to management dragging their feet to promote or give a raise.
