Dev teams are usually quite good and you will work with some talented folk- lots of opportunities to learn new skills and career growth

Cons

Plenty of contractors who aren't always up to scratch. Senior leadership shuffles a lot, many changes seem pointless end up in time wasting.

Pros

One of the best managers if not the best I ever had. People listen. Smart individuals on the overall. Being such a large company there's a fair amount of red tape, but alot of really smart developers. Also some not so great ones.

Cons

I mean it's corporate America at it's finest. Pay is good but not incredible. Culture is probably lacking but they are big on DEI.
