Comcast protects abusive leaders

Pros

Comcast has good benefits. Corporate does not have a close enough eye on Effectv people managers who are inept and abusive.

Cons

If you speak up about violations of Comcast integrity policy at Effectv OR call out issues with managers who have no idea what they are doing , they get rid of you. HR protects abusive and ineffective managers.

Good solution. Need more to offer your customers.

Cons

Company and management not ready to wear big boy pants. Mainly focused on small business and residential. Sell and move on mentality may work in the said area but not Enterprise.
