      Good when in the right department

      Pros

      Excellent benefits. PTO and vacation. Job security.

      Cons

      If you're in sales or business services, you'll love your job. If you're in technical operations it's not favorable. The departments don't communicate well. There's never ample enough training for success. You can virtually never leave tech ops and transition to other departments. They base growth off of politics and emotions, not whether or not you can do the job. They also very seldom promote women in this department.
