Small company feel.

Pros

Willingness to adapt and look outside the box. Has that small business feel to it. The employee morale is pretty high and the ability to earn high commissions is out there.

Cons

Compensation issues for commissioned sales people. The calculations they use aren't employee-centric. Not a ton of support in the field.
