Comfort Home Care is a great place to work! Most jobs have a standard flexible schedule, unlike a hospital setting, most field nurses are done with their morning route in time to get their kids off the bus. It's a team environment and employees care about one another. It's a perfect size company to work for, where everyone knows your name :)

I love my route, lots of patients with few stops so it doesn't take me too long each day. Rewarding population of psych patients to work with. Overtime available all the time but not mandatory.
