Cons
Honestly, I really can’t come up with a con of working here.
Comfort Home Care is a great place to work! Most jobs have a standard flexible schedule, unlike a hospital setting, most field nurses are done with their morning route in time to get their kids off the bus. It's a team environment and employees care about one another. It's a perfect size company to work for, where everyone knows your name :)
Cons
The pay is less than a hospital, but it's worth it because the schedule is so much better!
