Work is easy and you have a lot of free time between checking guests in.

Cons

Shift hours arent great and quality of the work really depends on your management and location.

The customers are great for the most part, schedules CAN be flexible, job is relatively simple but you feel productive during your shift

Cons

Minimum wage is paid across the board, no benefits except what is required by state (paid leave). No job security as you're constantly reminded you're replaceable no matter how good of a job you may be doing, no transparency, awful training
