No body on your back. Pretty much on your on the whole day to clean how you see fit.

The employee and friends/family rates. Loved meeting new people from all walks of life.

Cons

Housekeeping is undervalued compared to the other positions. I works in multiple positions throughout my time with the company. Housekeeping plays a much larger role in the customer experience than I think most hotels truly recognize.
