Pros

A few perks. Breakfast. Reduced room rates.

Cons

No team work. Beds are extremely heavy, comforters have to be tucked under heavy mattress. Owners have a 30 min cap on turning the rooms, adding pressure. Carts are used by everyone, so they are in disarray every morning. The pay is extremely low, if pay was over $8, they may not have monthly turnover.

Pros

Great company to work for in the fact that they do try to think about their employees in a scheduling sense. You also get free/very cheap rooms anywhere in the country which is huge.

Cons

They pay terribly. One of the worst paying hotel chains as a whole as far as non-management employees go. The company also cares about it's financial positions way more than employee's needs.
