      Pros

      Great hours if you are well liked 1 week paid vacation after working Full time for a year Great food at PbCo, Perkins food is terrible and will give you food poisoning regularly.

      - Poor internal management throughout entire establishment - Lack of communication between managers and members - Absolutely no consideration for well being of employees, employees are scoffed at by upper management daily - Establishment is not maintained well; which causes accidents with employees - If you are not well liked you are treated extremely poorly with the expectation that you should quit rather than work there. - This is not a safe or compassionate working environment whatsoever, in any position in either the hotel, gym, housekeeping, either restaurant, or the arcade you are made to feel that if you cannot keep up with being like everyone else (being caddy and single-minded) then you shouldn't work there.
