Pros

I get to meet people from all over the world and have had the pleasure of them sharing their lives with me. The schedule is made months in advance which makes it easier to plan around. I've learned a lot about office work and predicting market trends.

Cons

There are no opportunities for advancement and or regular pay raises no matter quality of work or length of employment. It's extremely difficult to get time off, even if it is a family emergency or health problem. They offer no health benefits of any kind.

Laid back, willing to work with your schedule

Cons

No benefits, franchised,not enough pay(corporate should make it mandatory for all owners to pay employees a certain hourly rate), do not get breaks

Pros

Schedules are rather flexible, you basically choose your schedule and your supervisor will tell you what works and what doesn't.

Cons

It can get understaffed and stressful. Things get busy with a full house. It's a lot of work.
