Cons

Seeking employment at Comfort Inn, a brand under Choice Hotels, can offer a variety of experiences in the hospitality industry. Prospective employees may find opportunities in hotel service, management, marketing, and technology. While the company promotes a positive work environment, it's important to consider all aspects of the job before making a decision. Employees have reported satisfaction with their roles, citing the enjoyment of day-to-day tasks and finding purpose in their work. However, like any job, there may be challenges such as managing work stress. It's advisable to thoroughly research and understand the potential pros and cons, including job responsibilities, work culture, and employee benefits, to make an informed decision about employment at Comfort Inn.

Pros

They let the employees eat breakfast after it was over

Cons

They only care about themselves and their image. I told them I have a bad knee and need to sit down they said no problem. Then when I do they think I'm sitting down too much and take my hours that the promised me away saying the owner thought I was sitting down too much. And when I tried telling them they offered me 30 hours when they hired me they said they only offered me 16. It was the Weekend and neither of them wanted to work it. Fine I'll take it and try to find a new job. I had a really bad day at work that next weekend and wanted to walk out at least 5 times that day. Then I get a text today saying they talked it over and my fellow co workers and guests noticed I was having a bad day and in their words "letting me go because it was not a good fit for me" this happened in the span of two weeks
