Cons

a lot of lifting and bending. if you are not in shape you will not make it as a housekeeper anywhere.

Pros

Great company to work for in the fact that they do try to think about their employees in a scheduling sense. You also get free/very cheap rooms anywhere in the country which is huge.

Cons

They pay terribly. One of the worst paying hotel chains as a whole as far as non-management employees go. The company also cares about it's financial positions way more than employee's needs.

Pros

Flexible hours, you are able to do homework or other things at the desk when you are not busy. The people that work there are all nice and will help when you need it.

Cons

Get's busy and you are by yourself a lot. Management can be reached by phone but often unwilling to go into the hotel at night or in the evening. There isn't a manager on duty at all times like most other hotels.
