Pros
I believe their best is customer service but can definitely improve.
Cons
The employees could be keeping up laundry better by hiring employees that are trained in all areas of the hotel and since 95% of the job in a hotel is housekeeping then that position needs paid the most because in being at this hotel for 2 months I've already seen 5 people come and go in the housekeeping it's a difficult job it pays not well and it's very demanding of time, physicality ,and constancy.
