Very hand's off, nobody is ever breathing over your shoulder.

Cons

That pro was because the owners just want to spend as little money or effort as possible, and just collect cash from people who need a hotel room. To a degree this is normal, but it feels beyond normal here. Things don't get fixed quickly if they cost money or require time and effort.
