Pros

Straightforward work. The manager was really nice and easy to work with, and the schedule was flexible. The "head of housekeeping" was easy going, resonable when correcting your mistakes, and willing to help out whenever you needed it.

Cons

The job itself wasn’t bad. A lot of hard work, you will work to your bone but the work environment made it tough. The "lead housekeeper" was super toxic constantly rude, using bad language, throwing insults and just overall disrespectful. Sometimes she wouldn’t even acknowledge your presence which made things really uncomfortable. On top of that, she was known to steal tips which was incredibly unfair. The management knew about this issue but didn’t do enough to hold her accountable, which just let the behavior continue.
