Pros

Clocking in and out as well as scheduling is very easy day to day. I was with a wonderful lady and we kept a consistent schedule.

Cons

The company was extremely unprofessional and is actually the reason why I quit. They knew I was a student and kept scheduling me for multiple 8 hour shifts daily and call me everyday asking if I could make a shift. I asked to meet with Bob and then they decided to formally apologize. Then they would respond with very rude emails or completely ignore my email requests. I would send a follow up and they would sent me an informal and rude email that they read it. Working as a caregiver was amazing and this company made it so awful I had to quit.

Horrid Scheduling

Good hours, easy job, okay pay.

Cons

Scheduling is horrible. How can you force a person to come in on a shift that wasn’t theirs to begin with, without knowledge of what they had planned prior to. They threaten to write people up if they do not come in. You cannot view your schedule online, they send you text messages. Last minute scheduling, they do not care how far a client might be away from you, you’re going to work it or you get written up.

Easy work for a person new to the field. Bright, new office with plenty of free parking.

Cons

Ask to see the entire benefits package BEFORE accepting the job. Benefits are terrible. There are essentially NO benefits. Take my word for it. High turnover. Slackers are not held accountable.
