Pros

Weekly pay. Will hire anyone who isn't a felon. Seriously

Cons

-0 advancement -Low pay -Lack of raises and ridiculous conditions for a .50 cent raise (60 hours of unpaid training, really??) -Potentially dangerous clients who still have their pew pews even though Comfort Keepers claims otherwise -Inconsistent hours, bait and switch tactics -Retaliation for taking sick leave -AI support, nearly impossible to get ahold of a supervisor, or anyone else, EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY -The company has a points award system, but no store, so every week you accumulate kudos thru "points" that you can't use! -0 communication. Will cancel things off your schedule without notice -Impatient--I have had offers in the app that I was reading the care plan and had the offer deleted before I could accept, all within 15 minutes with 0 communication. Be prepared to be stapled to your email
