Horrible business

Pros

Absolutely nothing about this company could be considered a pro

Cons

They continually have an error going on with their payroll that will not allow me to accrue PTO despite their promise to fix it, I have yet to obtain any PTO time in my available balance. They prioritize their clients that require round the clock care because it makes them the most money even when said clients need skilled nursing care which this company DOES NOT offer, forcing HHA’s to work outside of their scope of practice. They allow their clients to verbally and mentally abuse their HHA’s and will simply reassign you rather than drop the abusive clients and risk losing money for the business.
