      Pros

      Through Comfort Keepers, I have met and had the opportunity to work for some of the sweetest clients. I also gained a year of experience with a Healthcare Agency.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with both employees and clients, Unorganized staff (never sent me my pay stubs or other important documents), Underpaid their employees, Never expressed any appreciation for employees when receiving positive feedback from their clients, No raises, Took me off the schedule when I declined a shift that I was not comfortable in working for.

      Pros

      I really can not say anything positive about this company except if you need work immediately ,they hire you with no reference checks,I didn't have to show proof of PPD or Background check. Very deceiving.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get paid.You never know if your check will be direct deposit or paper and they shorted me almost every pay check and when I question it they simply hang up. You are basically a house cleaner and paid minimum wages with no breaks or over time. They would charge patients for your hours you logged and miles you drove the patient but not pay me the same. I actually lost money working for the after driving expenses.

      Many work hours available for employees. i worked 80-100 a week

      Cons

      They care very little about the well-being of their clients or caregivers. Also, very unorganized, unprofessional attitude and LOW pay.
