Comfort Keepers is great place to work for people who value friendliness and team spirit at work place. Company always look after staff. It is a fast pace, constantly changing environment. There are opportunities for growth and development. I definitely would recommend this company to a friend.

Pros

Building relationships with clients, making a difference in their lives, especially having them live in the comfort of their own home. Office staff are wonderful and truly care about the well-being of their caregivers.

Cons

Pay is low to keep cost low for clients (I started off at $10, and after a short time it was increased to $10.25 and has remained at this rate after one year). Traveling to clients' homes as well as while on the clock. Physical labor (cooking & cleaning) is taxing.
