      I like the flexibility that the job has to offer.

      Cons

      The pay, they only pay a lot when you do a pop in, but only 9.00 when you are there for more than a hour. I think it should be the other way around.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with your schedule; you can work any time day or night. They also allow you to choose which clients you do visit and which ones your don't. The atmosphere is great!

      Cons

      Sometimes your schedule can change vastly from week to week. You also do not know what next week's schedule will look like until Thursday night. Lastly, there is hardly any opportunity to "climb the ladder."
