Pros

Working with the Clients is rewarding

Cons

Company expects you to be successful at a job that should be - at minimum - a job for 2 people. Unrealistic expectations, therefore the compensation package is not worth the stress - and forget about making bonuses. You are expected to basically be on call 24/7 and when it's your turn to actually be on call, its not just your area, but rather for the entire company. This franchise of the company has NO "bereavement leave". How poor is that? NOT a family oriented company.

Pros

The atmosphere is terrific. The staff truly cares about the clients and get along very well. It makes it an environment you want to come to work to. The owners and GM have created a culture focused on doing the right thing at all times.

Cons

The pay is low in compared to similar positions in the area. The office is very disorganized in terms of the organizational chart and day-to-day processes. A required on-call rotation is hell.
