      Pros

      Home care is an exploding industry and you are helping people who genuinely need help.

      Cons

      Little respect for personal time and time you are supposed to be off. Days that were planned days off, I was still required to come into the office to support the owner who had no clue what was happening with his business or how it runs. Owner was openly spiteful regarding certain caregivers and often changed his mind about caregivers as well as decisions he has made on a daily basis.
