Pros

Started off good was flexible gave you the hours you needed at first.

Cons

Then they hire kids to work in the office who cannot read an email and understand grown adults needs who have kids and half to have work, They cut your hours without telling you why. They bug you to death to work all weekends and let young kids off all the time when you have a family and have more years of experience, They do not care about the caregivers and will play games when they make a Schedule. all they care about is getting money from clients.
