Pros

Great perks - lunches, continuing education, benefits, etc. Wonderful people Regular company outings & activities

Cons

Home Care can be tough. Longer hours. However, when everyone works together, the work gets done quickly and easily.

Pros

The people you take care of is a reward in itselfitself how are working so hard

Cons

The company uses and abuses their employees. They work them to death and don't care about you spending the time away from your own family for them. The one I worked for, the owner was shady and did some shady things to me. I bent over backwards for this company. They charge the clients so much money and the ones working so hard only make 9 an hour. Would never recommend this company to anyone for care or employment.

Pros

You get to make a difference in the lives of the elderly. I have formed a great relationship with the woman I am a caregiver for.

Cons

They charge their customers $24.50 an hour, while only giving employees $11 an hour.
