meeting new people, I can choose my hours, (sometimes). No supervisor breathing down my neck, as I know my job and I do it and I do it well . Office staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. It's not always the same old, same old

Cons

Pay is poor, if a client goes to hospital, I don't work, so sometimes the work is unreliable. I'm tired of cleaning people up, and cleaning up accidents, doing housework.

Enjoyed most of the clients.

Cons

Owners and their family member who are staff do not care about the employees or the clients. It's all business with them and no compassionate caring. Very fake sincerity. Pay is horrible. You can't make a living working there solely and they treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you work for them. They make sure to let you know you can be replaced at any time. Turnover is tremendous.
