      I Liked helping the Elderly.

      Cons

      There was very much lack of communication between management and the employees. This created many problems and also caused us to lose of few patients being serviced by Comfort Keepers.

      You can decide on the hours you work, where you work and what types of clients you want to work for.

      Cons

      Caring for the elderly is a difficult often thankless job. Your heart has to be in it 100% to be a good care giver. Since caregivers are needed 24/7 there is not a regular schedule so it is hard to make plans.
