Pros

They are truly there to help make lives better for older adults. I have made memories with clients and shares knowledge that with stay with me forever!

Cons

This company needs more people to work some of the time slots. Felt like they were scrambling to find people to fill in for new clients.

Pros

Very flexible, schedulers always worked very well with my schedule and any last minute changes. Love my clients, never had any issues with the people I took care of.

Cons

This particular franchises owner always rubbed me the wrong way, terrible attitude. No room for growth. Low pay for the amount of work you do with some clients. Short shifts (2 hours) with some clients.
