Pros

Works with your schedule, flexible hours

Cons

Not enough support, they send you to jobs that are too far from home, not enough pay, communication is not good between the HHA workers and the coordinators. Not enough hours. Little unprofessional

I feel "okay" is pretty generous.

Pros

Most staff members are kind, it is nice to have a pretty calm work environment. The closeness you can develop with the clients is always a plus.

Cons

Pay isn't great, better than most. No communication a lot of times, you are occasionally expected to read minds because no one is sharing important information. And some employees, management, HR... are rude as hell and enjoy talking down to their employees
