Pros

Flexible schedule. It's good work if you're in school

Cons

I've worked there for 7 years and only got a raise three times. Increases by cents. Work can be sparse when you lose a case.

Pros

Genial office environment. The supervisors are willing to work with you to resolve issues and/or make changes to your schedule.

Cons

Low pay for the experience I have. I was given a raise that occasionally shows up on my paycheck, but not always. The owner gives the impression that I am just a number to her, rather than one of her very first employees. Hours are not guaranteed. Zero benefits or training offered.
