Pros
To be honest, I’m very had some good moments in spur with some of the office women out in cc phoenix.
Cons
Other caregivers with no experience who have been sent to help my client are bragging about getting paid 16+ an hour. I only get paid 13 and I had to fight like hell for the overtime they owed me when the team got sick and I had to work 50+ hours a week for a month and a half. Working like 8am-3pm to basically go home and come back for a few more hours every day. The fact they are paying people that have no idea what they are doing or can’t (literally can’t) pick up a broom (but the client requires mobility assistance….and they’re aware) 17,18, 19 + in comparison to my 13 and hour+ constant harassment for my insurance ect that I don’t owe them since they don’t also pay me mileage. I literally have an associates degree in medical specialties and a bachelors of science in healthcare administration.
