Pros

Your supposed to get the choice on when your available.

Cons

The pay and management is horrible. Your promised 50 cent raises after 90 days and a year but your lucky if you'll see that or get the whole 50 cent raises. Most people i know only got the 25 cents. You don't get paid enough to do what you are paid to do. This company is NOTORIOUS for denying workman comp claims and then firing you shortly afterward. (This coming from a representative that deals with a lot of workman comp claims from Comfort Keepers).

Pros

This company, during your interview, will ask what you can/cant do and what you are comfortable with, they will never place you with a client that is out of your comfort zone or availability.

Cons

The pay is low and there is always traveling, your schedule changes week to week and you may not get even 20 hours in one week sometimes.
