Pros

Comfort Keepers give employees the opportunity to create their own schedule to work around school hours or working with another company, you can get a chance to call into work to let them know that you're running late, they can give you more than one patient if you ask, they can give you the opportunity to work over-time if you ask which is optional, they have great pay, holiday bonuses and great benefits such as 401K, health & dental insurance.

Cons

It's not good for employees to continuously to run late for work making it complicated for the other employee to get off from work on time to take care of professional or personal business afterwards.
