Pros

Comfy is growing and putting the right leaders in place. It’s a startup, and that’s not lost on me, but the Delivery, Customer Success, Support, and Sales Teams have driven leaders that care about balance and efficiency.

Cons

It’s a startup. There’s lots of change, but that’s the nature of the game.
