1) WLB 2) used to be okay before merging with englighted
Cons
1) they have no engineers to transition to a new product (taking forever) 2) underpaid and low-balling engineers 3) management doesnt really care about you 4) unhappy and de-moralized engineers 5) bad code, bad architecture, not fit to scale = product breaking 6) people are leaving 7) future is bleak 8) overpromises to its clients/customers Thank God I left.
