      None unless you are in leadership

      Cons

      They are completely focused on money. You are nobody unless you are white. They start off at a low pay and do not give raises. The leadership there is very cliquey and only look out for themselves.

      One of the doctors is nice

      Cons

      No management. No accountability. There are employees that are allowed to act like middle schoolers. Cell phones out in front of patients with nothing but repeated warnings multiple times each day. Pay is awful. There are no raises. No opportunities to advance in any way. No real training. Such a joke.
