Pros

Flexible schedule, free soda, great colleagues, fun employee events, food trucks monthly, conveniently located, beautiful lake and walking trail behind the office

Cons

Benefits are sub standard, departmental silos, limited knowledge sharing, MASS LAYOFF history, software has been customized to such a degree for so many different customers nobody knows who has what, how to triage/solve different issues. Executives are very far removed from what is actually going on
