Cons

Leadership is faster to accept feedback from customers once issues arise and slower to heed risk warnings ahead of time from lower level employees.

Poorly run company

Pros

Good pay and benefits are okay.

Cons

Management at this company was chaotic at best, but then they were purchased by a private equity company. It's nearly impossible to get anything of quality done. With repetative staff cuts in order to make our company look more profitable, you are doing the work of 2-3 people. 60-70 work weeks are the norm, and you don't know from one day to the next if you'll have a job.
