A lot of great people worked there and it could be a fun environment sometimes. Had pretty good work benefits.
Cons
The company struggled with communication issues that occasionally led to confusion and missed deadlines. The initial onboarding training didn't fully equip employees to perform at their best. The work environment felt consistently rushed, which contributed to a heightened stress level. Striking a balance between speed and accuracy proved challenging. Additionally, there were instances where compensation did not adequately reflect the demanding nature of the tasks assigned. Moreover, it was also challenging for employees, including myself, to experience growth within the company despite demonstrating the potential and readiness for advancement.
